1. Is Posting an Ad on FreeTrading really FREE?
Yes, once you complete your quick and easy free registration you can place or reply to ads absolutely for free. If you desire more options for your ads you have the option to choose between the gold or platinum-featured package.
2. What are the benefits of joining our newsletter?
Joining our newsletter has great benefits, every so often we will send coupon codes to receive free gold or platinum featured ads aswell as discounts of up to 80 % off our regular payed listing package prices. We will NOT send you e-mails constantly like other sites that fill up your inbox with worthless information.
3. Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
At this current time, we do not require users who register to confirm their email address.
4. How can I contact the seller of an item?
In every ad listing, there is a Contact seller link which you can click to contact the seller. Sellers contact information is not released to keep privacy.

6. Why is my picture not showing up in my ad?
You must always remember to press the “add image” button after selecting the desired picture. If your picture had trouble loading it could be due to the size of your picture. There is a 3 MB limit on pictures which can be uploaded.
7. What kind of payment do you currently accept for your silver and gold packages?
At this time we only accept Paypal. Paypal is the safest way to send and receive money online. To learn more log on to www.paypal.com
8. Why was my ad removed from FreeTrading?

No, FreeTrading does not offer any protection to buyers and sellers, to help insure a successful transaction please read our safety tips.

11. Why do some words in my ad show up as *****?
Our site does not allow any profanity therefore blocks all profane words.
